Your firm is also providing consultancy services to a local Distribution Network Operator (DNO). The network comprises various loads, including electric vehicles (EVs), heat pumps (HP), electrical energy storage (EES) in the form of batteries, and some renewable sources in the form of a Wind Farm and a photovoltaic (PV) cluster. In a first team meeting about this, one of your colleagues is suggesting to correct the voltage problem by changing the tap of the transformers connecting the high voltage (HV) and MV sides of this network.
