Medications Vitamins C and D. Ibuprofen 400 mg when needed. Key Labs, images, or procedures performed in relation to current diagnosis. • Pap smear: Abnormal cells. • Colposcopy: o Cervical biopsy: Negative for cancer. lodine showed areas of abnormal tissue such as genital warts. • HPV Test: Positive for type 6. Key Physical Examination findings: • 2-3 small warts located in perineal area.
