(a) This composite is modified by changing the fiber-type inside, from glass fiber to aramid fiber to double its original modulus with glass fiber. Calculate the volume percentage of aramid fiber (EKevlar-200 GPa), (Eglass= 70 GPa), (Eepoxy- 4 GPa when solidified), (b) Calculate transversal and longitudinal moduli of elasticity of this new composite.
