The main measure of vacancies from a government statistical agency is “job openings" from JOLTS and is available on FRED. Rather than plot- ting vacancies themselves, there is a particular ratio of vacancies to another quantity that is very important. You should plot that ratio. (10 pts) . Looking at the first Spring/Summer of the pandemic, how large of a change in this ratio was there from February. That is, what was the month of the largest decline/increase and how big was that de- cline/increase? (10 pts) • What labor force flow rate (i.e. from the last question) should changes in this ratio affect most? (10 pts)
