The main measure of vacancies from a government statistical agency is “job openings" from JOLTS and is available on FRED. Rather than plot- ting vacancies themselves, there is a particular ratio of vacancies to another quantity that is very important. You should plot that ratio. (10 pts) . Looking at the first Spring/Summer of the pandemic, how large of a change in this ratio was there from February. That is, what was the month of the largest decline/increase and how big was that de- cline/increase?
