company. As such, she is required to sign an employment contract.
She is presented with a contract which obliges her to waive her
common law rights and stipulates that, in the event of a dismissal
of any type, whether wrongful or with cause, that her payment in
lieu of notice would be limited to the BC Employment Standards
Act.
