2. Measurement Use the supplied ruler and protractor to measure the original and final lengths of the segments and angles from the previous figure, and enter your measurements in the table below. 3. Plotting the Results Use the simple grid below to construct a plot of normal strain vs. shear strain using the values from your table above. Be sure to use an equal scale for the normal and shear directions. You should get something that looks like half a Mohr's circle. If you think about the relation between each point you plotted and the original deformation, it should give you an enhanced understanding of what Mohr's circle for strain tells you.
