A capacitor with C=1.50.19^-5 is connected as shown in the
figure to a resistor R=980 ohms and to an emf source with E=18.0V
and negligible internal resistance.
nitially the capacitor is discharged and the switch S is in
position 1 then the switch is brought to position 2, so that the
capacitor starts to charge when the switch has been in position 2
for 10.0ms it is brought back to position 1 for the capacitor to
start discharging
