PRACTICE REALITIES Nurse Yen is a new graduate of a BSN program who has joined the staff of a subacute care unit of the local hospital. Most of the nurses on staff are diplomas and ADN graduates who have been out of school for more than a decade. M. Yen notices that some of the nurses are unaware of current best practices and trends.
