We are trying to predict rent (in Rs. per month) based on the size of the apartment (number of rooms) and the distance from central facilities, in heart of city (in kms). Rent (Rs) Number of Rooms Locality Distance (km) 9000 2 1 10000 4 3 14500 3 2 9500 4 3 7500 2 00 8 5000 1 4 12000 3 UT 5 a. Calculate regression equation that relates these three variables. b. If someone is looking for a two-bedroom apartment 2.5 kms from center, what rent should he expect to pay?
