co-worker. C/O SOB, chest pain (3 of 10), he is pale and
diaphoretic,
Hx: smoker pk a day, 2 beers daily, 6’2”, 275#, construction
worker, not married, 2 dogs (Boxers)
Nutrition recall: Breakfast-eggs, bacon, toast, coffee
Lunch: 2 Hot Dogs loaded, & Red Bull
VS: B/P 200/102, HR 98, R26, shallow, O2 92 RA, Pain 3 of 10
