What exactly is the book they use for this question
" consider a perfectly stirred, completely filled vessel with
an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, both being closed. in the initial
condition, the temperature t of the liquid in the vessel is equal
to the ambient air temperature ta. then, from t=0 onwards, the
inlet and outlet pipes are opened and a volumetric liquid flow rate
φv flows through the vessel. the liquid entering the vessel is at
temperature t0 which is higher than ta. then the liquid will lose
some heat to the ambient air at a rate φq = β (t - ta). "
