The figure shows a half-wave rectification circuit.
The input voltage is Vs=3.7sin(wt), and the turn-on voltage of the
diode is 0.7 V. And the frequency f of the signal is 100 Hz. Answer
the question at this time.
1) Graph the rectified and output signal waveform Vo along the time
axis and find the peak output voltage Vpeak of the signal
waveform
2)Here, when RC>>T (signal period), Vr, which is the ripple
voltage of the output voltage, is given as Vr=Vp*(T/RC). Using
this, find the value of C for Vr to be less than 0.1 V (R = 2
kohm)
