A 150 km long three-phase transmission line operating at 50 Hz has following parameters (per phase); R=0,012 ohm/km, L=Inductance: 0,88 mH/km, C= Capacitance: 0,016 uF/km Voltage at sending end is 400 kV and current is 1000A with 0,8 power factor. Using medium line model, calculate; a) Voltage, current, power (S & P) at receiving end (15p) b) No-load voltage at receving end, voltage regulation and line efficiency (15p) (assume sending end voltage is constant)
