Lab Task Create a class diagram for the given problem below by applying the methods that were mentioned above and use the class elicitation techniques to identify the classes. Use a diagramming tool such as draw.io, Lucidchart, creately to create your class diagram or any other tool you are comfortable with Problem Description: a Draw the class diagram for an online technical support helpdesk at CCSIT. The system is to be used by students, instructors, technical support staff and an admin who will manage the system. The system will record technical problems issued by students and instructors. Each technical problem has a serial number, an identification number of the person who requested the service, status (done or under-process), and identification number of the employee who will take care of the problem. Each user has an ID, a name, an email address, a phone number, and a password. Users log into the system using the email and the password associated with them. Users can also change their personal Info. Each of these operations may or may not be successful. Students and instructors are the primary customers of the system. They use the system to report a problem and monitor its status. Students and instructors differ in the maximum number of problems they can report per day. The admin assigns technical staff to solve the different problems, Technical staff use the system to view the problems assigned to them and to mark a specific problem as done when it is solved.
