as a roadmap. What does that mean?
2. Think about the actual “journey” a customer takes from
becoming aware of a need or
want and then buying it—maybe for the first of several
times. Perhaps this is the journey not just to buying a
product, but also to becoming the customer of a product or a
retailer, or a service provider. Can you describe a customer
experience journey of your own?
