A. xapi must be enabled for promises.
B. HttpClient AllowInsecureHTTPS has not been enabled.
C. The NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED environment variable must be set to 0.
D. HttpClient must be changes to HttpsClient.
