Where do you stand on this topic: Does a healthy diet cost "a
lot of money" or not? Does eating healthfully have to cost a
lot of money? Briefly support your answer.
Some people might believe that paying 5$ for a pound of organic
spinach or greens is expensive. And yet the same person might not
hesitate to spend 5$ for a coffee drink at Starbucks or a boba
drink at a tea shop. Are we consistent
in our perception that certain
foods "cost a lot of money"?
Which is more expensive: Buying a filling meal at a fast food
chain or casual dining restaurant (like The Habit, Panera's, Panda
Express, etc.) OR cooking a similar meal at home?
What is 1 strategy that will help a person to eat and healthy
diet while not spending a lot of
money?

A strategy is a specific behavioral action
