planisphere. All times in the questions and all answers should be
in Standard Time and should be one time, not a range of time. All
dates answered should be one date, not a range of dates. When
making a star rise or set, make sure the center of the star is on
the horizon. (I do not own a planisphere, so if you answer this
question, please make sure you own one.)\
