Please consider a sample of Ideal Gas that was initially at 200 liter, 25°C, and 1 atm. In the final state, the gas was at 50 liter, 25 °C, and 4 atm. In the first run, Process A (below) was used. In the second run, Process B was used. Process A: Isothermally compression from the initial to the final state. Process B: At constant volume step that leaves the Ideal Gas at 4 atm followed by a constant pressure process to the final state. a. Please prepare a graph with P on the vertical axis and V on the horizontal axis. Please show each process on the graph. b. Please determine the work performed in Process A. c. Please determine the work performed in Process B. d. Is the work the same for each process? Should the work be the same? Please use a few sentences to explain the significance of your results.
