Consider two capacitors of parallel plates of identical dimensions, one filled with bakelite and the other filled with neoprene.
A. If both are connected to a 10.0 V source, which capacitor will have the most load and how much more load will it have? Explain.
B. Each capacitor is connected to a different source, calculate the ratio between the maximum loads that the capacitors will store before "breakdown"
Bakelite dielectric constant: 4.9
Neoprene dielectric constant: 6.7
