2. Situation: You are caring for 27-year-old Ms. Syso, who is a young mother. She recently gave birth to her 2nd child. Her eldest is 4 years old and is quite active. You are assigned as their home care support worker, and help with family care and minor house keeping tasks. One day when you are finishing up with the breakfast dishes, you hear Ms. Syso scream at the 4-year-old stating, "why are you so messy and annoying? I can't even put the baby to sleep! Why are you still here?". You can hear the child burst into tears and Ms. Syso continue to yell. Now the baby has started to cry as well.
