I am having trouble understanding how to get the correct answer for this problem. I have looked at how other people have solve the problem but using equations my professor did not provide. how can I solve these problems with these equations.

1. A parallel plate capacitor has a plate spacing of 1.5 mm, which is filled with a dielectric of κ= 4.3, and its capacitance is 80μF. If the dielectric is taken out and the plate spacing doubled, then what is the new capacitance? Ans 9.3μF
