Each student is tasked to draw a contour map of an enclosed area of 15×15 m, as shown in figure 1. Please take the following points into consideration to produce the contour map appropriately: - You can choose an enclosed area of 15×15 m nearby your house, it is preferred to choose an area with a significant variation in altitude, so you can show the contour lines clearly in your map. - You can use any device available to measure the altitude of the chosen area, such (mobile phone, Garmin GPS, etc.) - The area should be divided into small grids of 5×5 m and the map should be produced with a contour interval of 5 m - The data obtained from the site should be tabulated and each point should labeled with a letter, as shown in figure 1 . - 4 photos of the surveyed site should be attached to your portfolio (Each photo taken from one corner). - The produced contour map should be attached to your final portfolio (Don't send the map separately via Moodle or E-mail).
