A smooth cylinder is suspended from a rail and partially submerged in water. If the wind blows at 8 m/s, determine the terminal velocity of the cylinder. For this problem, the air density is 0.036lbm/ft3 and the viscosity is 0.01891mPas. Also, note the water density is 1000 kg/m3 and the water viscosity is 0.001 Pa s.
