10. A 3lbm metal bar initially at 1500∘R is removed from an oven and quenched by immersing it in a closed tank containing 30lbm of water initially at 510∘R. Each substance can be modeled as incompressible. The constant specific heat value for the water is cw=1.0Btu/lbm∘R and for the metal bar is cm=0.2Btu/lbm∘R. Heat transfer from the tank contents can be neglected. Determine (i) the final equilibrium temperature of the metal bar and water, in ∘R, and (ii) the amount of entropy produced, in Btu/ /∘R.
