With bhe pedagogical principles, Moodle is wifely used to support blended learning distance education, and other erfearning projects in schools, unversities, workpaces and other sectors. Uhversiti Malaysia Sabah (CMS) has recently oustomiaed the Moocle features and branded it as Smartv3 LMS LMS. "Smartv3 uMS LMS with the Uniform Resource Identifier (CRI) hitiosi//smartv 3.ums.edu,myI applied a stateless protocol that is able to handle each transaction efficiently and react to server crashing faster."
