3-5 Write a NC part program, calculated manually, for milling the parts shown in Fig. 3-21 (dimensions in millimeters). Use tab sequential format, incremental programming, and BLU = 0.01 mm. Leading zeros are not programmed. Machining parameters: feedrate 120 mm/min (inverse-time code), and spindle speed, 1440 rpm (magic-three code). Cutter diameter is negligible. Note that the set point is at (20, 0) and the tool must travel back to this point at the end of the cut.
