Problem DescriptionA landscaping company currently has no software systems orexperience using a softwaresystem, everything is achieved using paper methods currently. Thelandscaping company musttrack their customers, including each customers schedule for whentheir landscaping needsservicing, what services need to be performed each time and need toensure the system takescare of sending invoices and tracking payments received. Thelandscaping company would alsolike to be as efficient as possible, making sure they schedulecustomers who live close to eachother on the same day. This would save gas and time, to not have todrive far betweencustomers. A daily map of their route would be an excellent benefitto help with efficiently aswell.The company has 5 employees. One employee does in office work(answering the phone,handling invoices, billing and payments). The other 4 employeesperform the actual work intwo teams (pairs) to complete the landscaping jobs for theday.
