Qbisctives: At the end of each month, you receive the monthly eredit card statement. Lach month, you recorded the balance and the name of the month in a fite called input.tot. At the end of the year, you decided to sort the data in the fille and find out which month you spent the most money. Design an alcorithm and write a Cit program that do the following: - Head the names of the months and the balsnces from the input file and sore it in two arrays. - Output the arrays to the screen. - Sort the arrays descending based on the balance. - Output the sorted data to the screen. - Qutput which menth you ssent the mast moner.
