The uniform 20 kg slender bar AC rotates in a vertical plane about the pin at B. The spring AD has a spring constant k = 15 N/m and an undeformed (unstretched) length Lo = 2 m. The bar is initially at rest in the position 0 = 0º (vertical). It is then released from this position. Due to gravity, the bar AC starts to rotate clockwise.
