a) Tm = 81.5 + 0.41 (%AT) – (675/N)
b) Tm = 81.5 + 0.41 (%GC) – (675/N)
c) Tm = 81.2 + 0.41 (%GC) – (672/N)
d) Tm = 81.5 + 0.42 (%AT) – (675/N)
