A computer chip (assume suitable size) generates 106 W/m3 under
full load conditions. One side of the chip is fixed to the computer
motherboard and assumed to be insulated, while the other side is
exposed to the cabinet environment (assume suitable condition).
Predict the maximum temperature of the chip and its location using
numerical modeling. Use suitable numerical software (Ansys / Comsol
/ Solidworks) to create the model, do the analysis, and predict the
temperature. Compare the results with the analytical modeling.
