A Bluetooth transceiver (combined transmitter and receiver) operates at a frequency of 2.43 GHz with maximum transmit power 6 dBm and minimum receive power -68 dBm. It uses an antenna with gain 1.2 dB. You want to communicate between two devices, each using one of these transceivers. At any point in time, one device will transmit while the other receives. You may assume free space conditions - a clear path between the antennas, with no significant reflections. What is the maximum distance between the two devices that will allow reliable communication? Give your answer in metres, rounded to an integer. (You may be surprised by the result, but it is based on the assumption of free space conditions. This will not be the case in normal Bluetooth applications, so the range will be much less in practice.)
