The objective of this group assignment is to investigate different types of multi-stage bipolar junction transistor amplifiers capable of meeting the following specifications: 1. Total supply voltage: 12 V-15 V 2. Input signal voltage: 10 m Vpp 3. Gain: > 36 dB 4. Lower cut-off frequency: 0-200 Hz 5. Upper cut-off frequency: 900 kHz - 6 MHz 6. Load resistance: 162 7. Total power consumption: <2 W B. Tasks: Students are required to complete the following tasks: 1. Investigate various multi-stage BJT amplifier for the above specifications. a. Each member in a group must analyse different circuit design. b. Perform necessary calculations followed by simulation (DC analysis, AC analysis and transient response) using LTSPICE circuit simulator.
