I am in a jurisprudence of criminal law class. I am having
difficulty figuring out if a case meets the requirements, I may be
overthinking this. It has to deal with a significant
jurisprudential issue of SUBTANTIVE criminal law, preferably one
that has been considered at the appellate level. I am in New York
so I chose PEOPLE v. SUNCAR. Would this be an appropriate case in
your opinion, if so why? If not, do you have a better
recommendation? I cannot seem to find any law reviews on this case,
only the postings on Westlaw and similar.
