Following the successful ligation of the PCR insert and plasmid, Marie wants to amplify this new recombinant DNA plasmid (pET11−X). She wants to make sure that her recombinant plasmid consists of gene X. Assume Marie used the restriction enzymes BamHI \& EcoRI as shown in the schematic above in the original cloning strategy to insert gene X into pET11 creating pET11−X. Indicate the results of each restriction diagnostic assuming that gene X was successfully cloned into pET11 by indicating the appropriately sized DNA fragments.
