You follow steps 1-8 in the proceduresand measure an absorbance of 0.44 in Tube "L". From the absorbancevalue, first calculate the concentration of chlorophyll in Tube "E"(Cx). Then use that value to calculate the volume of Tube "E" (Vx)you need to add to 5 mL of buffer to get the standardized 0.1 mgchlorophyll/mL.
