Hi, I had a question on the following:
"Compare the pH of distilled water, tap, and carbonated water.Which is the most acidic? Explain why this type of water isacidic."
pH values:
Tap water: 8.5
Distilled water: 7.4
Carbonated water: 5.7
I know that the carbonated water is the most acidic but this isdue to the fact that there is hydroxide ions? Thank you.
