FIU Facilities is planning to run a 0.25m diameter, 10m long steam pipe under the ground floor of the Engineering Center. From the blueprints, they have determined that the pipe will be located 1m under the floor which is made of cement that has a thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/m/K. The steam pipe will have a heat rate of 2.5kW and a surface temperature of 99 °C. What will the temperature the floor?
