8.21 Capacitive humidity sensor. A simple humidity sensor, although not the most sensitive, may be obtained by measuring the capacitance of an air-filled parallel plate capacitor. Consider a capacitor with two plates, each 4 cm² in area with a 0.2 mm separation between plates. a. Calculate and plot the capacitance expected from the sensor for the range between 10% RH and 90% RH at an ambient temperature of 25°C. b. Calculate the sensitivity of the sensor.
