Q1 [55 marks] In Fig. 1 below assume the source voltage is u(t)=300sin(5000x) and R-7.592. The switch is to be controlled by the control circuit (Ctr Cir) which can produce a maximum current of 1A and voltage pulses with amplitude that changes between 0 and 5V. Assume that you have the choice to implement the circuit with BJT or a MOSFET transistors.
