I have some questions about traffic engineer and structural engineer. thanks
1) Will traffic engineer less concept, less calculation, less using multiple software and less communicate english compare to structural engineer ?
2) Is traffic engineer is the most funny, interesting career compare to other sub-disciplines in civil engineer as people said ?
3) I heard geotechnical work with soil around so it may "dirty a little and easy hurt feeling", structure engineer is base on geotech so maybe involve the same. Environmental engineer sometimes deal with hazardous so a little rough time to face with trash and wastewater, I am not sure about hydraulic engineer, but is summary Will the traffic engineer work in the most "clean" environment compare to other sub-discipline in civil engineer ?
4) n case I graduate recently without any internship, if I choose to take off the whole gap year to do many internships in spring, summer, fall and come back for entry level after a year to have 3 interns under my belt, or is it more wise to apply entry level right now ? And if employer see my gap 12 months bad in my resume ?
Thanks in advance
