In the end the court ruled that: O That Japanese internment camps were NOT justified under the Geneva Convention. O That Japanese internment camps were justified under the Geneva Convention. O Takao Ozawa, while not white, did have the moral fiber and patriotism to become a citizen. O Though he was white under the most current scientific theories, he simply could not become a citizen. He was not white and thus could not become a citizen
