4. According to FindLaw (2022), “…Most are white men with atleast some higher education, from middle-class backgrounds. Theyare in their late 30s to 40s, employed, usually married, withreligious and community affiliations. Most have engaged in lessserious criminal activity in the past.”
The above video supports FindLaw’s statements. The white-collarcriminals in the video who perpetrated the crimes werepredominantly white men. Is white collar crime only associated withwhite men or can anyone be involved in white collar crime?
