He has a history of seizuredisorder,which has been seizure free with levetiracetam under thecare of a neurologist for over two years. Neurology is nowdischarging him back to your care and you have agreed to take overthe prescription. He takes 1500mg two times per day. He wants tocontinue to use his mail order pharmacy,so he will need a90-daysupply. You will see him on follow up in the office again in12months,so he will need enough to last until then.
