An axial compressive load of XX KN is applied to the column through a rigid capping plate. Determine the following: a. The normal stresses in the concrete and steel bars b. Load carried by each steel bar *Note that XX is the last two digits of your ID. For example, if your ID is 12514164, then applied load is to be taken as 64 kN.
