The wheel has moment of inertia, I = kmr², where m is the mass of wheel (1500 g), r is the radius (4 m), and k is a dimensionless constant between zero and one (k is 0.85). The wheel is rotating counterclockwise with 25 revolutions in 5 seconds, when at time zero someone starts pulling the string with a force of 30 N. Assume that the string does not slip on the wheel. After a certain time has passed the string has been pulled through a distance of 240 cm. a.) What is the final rotational speed,, of the wheel? b.)
