An office worker uses computer for most of the time. The workerhas a habit to use a forward head posture (as the picture Bof https://perthsportsphysio.com/wp-conten ... -tip-2.png),so the center gravity of the head is positioned with 2 inches infront of bodyâ s vertical midline. Assuming the average human headweighs around 12 lbs and the average length of force arm from neckmuscles is 0.8 inches, how much force that neck muscles have toproduce and maintain the head position? Hint: use torqueequation.
