A 120 V circuit in a house is equipped with a 20 A circuitbreaker that will “trip" (i.e., shut off) if the current exceeds 20A. How many 515 watt appliances can be plugged into the sockets ofthat circuit before the circuit breaker trips? (Note that theanswer is a whole number as fractional appliances are notpossible!),
